Privacy policy
1. In short
This site collects the bare minimum. We don't use tracking cookies, we don't follow you across sites and we don't sell data to anyone. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the reservation form or the enquiry form for companies yourself.
2. Reservations and enquiries
When you send a reservation request you pass us a name, phone number, email address, date, time, number of people and any notes. With an enquiry for a company event you also pass us your company's name, details of the occasion, space, budget and equipment and, if you want the invoice made out to the company, the billing address and, where given, the VAT number and purchase order number. We use them only to handle your booking or enquiry, for our proposal, to get back to you and for the invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures.
3. Technical data
Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, for security and stability reasons. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest.
4. Hosting and providers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Reservation requests and enquiries for company events are delivered to our inbox through Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA, and we also use Resend to send the email telling you that your booking or enquiry has reached us. To do so, Resend processes your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request, for company enquiries also the company and billing details, and stores them in the United States. Plus Five Five, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, Resend's data processing addendum (resend.com/legal/dpa) includes the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Our inbox itself is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Ireland. GDPR-compliant data processing agreements are in place with Vercel, Amazon Web Services and Resend. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps and is only loaded if you explicitly ask for it with a click; until then no data is sent to Google.
5. Retention
We keep reservation requests for as long as we need them to handle your booking and to meet tax and legal obligations, then delete them.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing and receive it in a portable format. To exercise them, write to info@osteria-uno.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
